Teething symptoms

The order that teeth come through varies from child to child but teething usually starts with the two bottom front teeth. There are usually four upper and lower front teeth by the first year.

The first molars appear around 12 to 15 months followed by the pointed canine teeth. The second molars appear around the toddler’s third birthday.
